Somatus was founded in 2016 to introduce value-based kidney care. We quickly became the industry leader, driving real and meaningful change for patients, providers, and health plans.

Because of our proven track record managing more than 500,000 patients with both kidney disease and congestive heart failure, we also provide a CHF solution to manage a broader membership for our health plan partners.
