Somatus partners with certain health plans across the United States to offer the no-cost Somatus Healthy Living Program to their eligible members who have or are at risk of developing chronic conditions. Through the Somatus Healthy Living Program, you have a personal support team of health professionals dedicated to you. Your team may include a nurse, dietitian, patient health advocate, and more. Plus, you keep your same doctors and health insurance.
